Easement access to be provided by owner down an existing gravel drive into a highly used parcel by deer and ducks at the northern edge of the Kiel Marsh. Approximately 2-3 acres of higher ground on the north edge is pounded with heavy deer trails. Thick, wet, and marshy bedding cover to the south is a thick deer bedding area with numerous wet potholes that are good for duck hunting. The owners have numerous trail camera pics of suitable bucks, turkeys, and good number of deer. Most of the parcel is wet so hip boots or waders are suggested for showings.
