Carren started with O’Connor Sales & Realty, Inc. (Now O'Connor Realty Group) in 1992. Throughout her 33 years with the company, she has been a real estate agent, broker’s assistant, listing coordinator, auction coordinator, and advertising coordinator. She still holds her real estate license.

Advertising properties to their highest potential is what she enjoys the most about helping clients.

Carren has lived in Clintonville since she was a teenager. She has an Associate’s Degree in Microcomputer Systems Technology.
