1. I am one of the only Realtors in this market place to have technology to provide you, as a prospective buyer, a search for properties that meet your criteria on a consistent, timely basis by e-mail, fax or letter.

     2. We will get you pre-approved for a loan.  Pre-approved buyers are considered a preferred buyer by all sellers, which will give you an edge over other buyers.  We have gotten buyers approved who have been turned down by other lenders.

     3. When you are ready to enter into a purchase contract, we will spend as much time with you as needed in order for you to understand what it is you are signing and what necessary steps you will need to take to consummate the purchase, so you are not left in the cold.  We will point out any defects we see in the property we are showing you.  We will give you booklets that point out the hazards of lead based paint and what to look for with one of the latest and most hazardous findings on household mold.

     4. We will keep confidential any information that you would not want the seller to know.

     5. You will not only get me, but my entire team, which has been hand-picked and trained by me.  

     6. This service will be no cost to you.  The fees will be paid by the seller.

As long as we are actively providing you this service, you agree to use us as your agency.  If you decide to discontinue our service or decide not to buy a property, you agree to contact us by e-mail, regular mail or a phone call.
